I had the unfortunate experience of staying here last week. I had booked a ‘deluxe’ room which I soon changed to a beachfront villa, as is was far from the so called beach (doesn’t look like the one in the picture) Once in the beach villa I realized that the room was empty for a while or at least it smelled like it. This is NOT a 5 star but coast like one. not much to do in the evening.
Service attitude is ok. but hotel facilities is old and pool. Shower water sudden hot sudden cold. spa is closed at 19:00. over 2 hours from hotel to most of views. almost no entertainment and food
This fundamentally is a youth hostel in a poor location charging 5 star prices. On arrival, to be fair you will receive a warm greeting, for the staff are the only part of the hotel that warrant praise.
We stayed at one of the executive villas. It had a nice outdoors jacuzzi with a small pool and very nice views over the sea. However, the design of the room was not very fortunate. A huge space for an ill-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with no window, left little space for the room.
full value for the money on a great resort in relax atmosphere, no disco/pubs near the hotel, only a friendly bar inside, prices more than okay, a good choice at all, but far away from any city, all proposed visits not to expensive and with a great service during the trips(food and drinks)
L'emplacement est assez loin de tout commerce mais nous étions au bord du bord de la plage ! Au calme... le resort est vraiment magnifique surtout humainement, le personnel est tout simplement extraordinaire, au petit soin... ma femme a fait plusieurs massages tellement elle a adoré ! Vraiment le top du top...
L'Hotel est d'excellente qualité, très bon pour le prix, le personnel est avenant et les chambres sont propres. Il est possible des faire des tours à partir en réservant à l'hotel, c'est sympa.
Par quoi commencer ??? Hôtel à éviter a tout pris, déjà il se trouve a 2H de route de puerto princessa, enfin si on peut appeler sa une route, attention accrochez vous!!! Nouvelle surprise il n'y a que l'eau qui est offerte dans la formule, toutes les autres boissons sont payantes et on ne vous le dis que le soir au diner quand vous payez votre repas en vous glissant gentiment le note de l'après midi. Ensuite en toute franchise l'hôtel est très loin de tout, vous ne pouvez pas en sortir car il n'y a rien a faire, chambre très moyenne en vue du prix, et si vous souhaitez acheter des cartes postales ou autre attendez de retourner sur puerto car tout est 2 fois plus cher a l'hôtel. Cela n'enlève par contre rien au personnel formidable et au fait que la restauration soit exceptionnelle!! Pour le wifi, il y en as un à la réception mais vous pouvez oublier car il ne marche quasi pas (+ de 5 mn pour ouvrir une page, si elle s'ouvre!) De plus ci vous souhaitez vous reposer oubliez également car le personnel vous appel a 6H du matin et a 8H du matin pour vous harceler afin de prendre une excursion. En bref, nous n'y retournerons jamais et nous le déconseillons fortement. Si toutefois vous vous laisser tenter, attention ici rien n'est gratuit et tout se paye au prix fort mais on ne le vous le dis qu'après!!!
un séjour magique, des température digne des philippines. le sud de palawan est peu visité donc peu de touriste. des gens accueillant. rien a reprocher. juste parfait.

Nach einer Woche Boracay und nach 2 Wochen Palawan Nord wollten wir die restlichen 5 Tage im Crystal Paradise Resort**** in Narra verbringen. Das Resort bietet einen round trip Transfer per Van an. Wir wurden pünktlichst abgeholt und nach 2 Stunden wurden wir mit Blütenkette und Kokosnuss als Willkommensdrink und Hummerchips empfangen. Zum Abschluß unserer Reise vergönnten wir uns ein teueres Resort bei Agoda um 110 Euro das Katala Deluxe Zimmer. Die Anlage ist nett, das Essen OK, Personal freundlich aber jetzt kommts – das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt da in keinster weise. Für das so abgelegene Resort wäre 50 Euro für das Luxuszimmer voll OK. Von den Preisen für die Villen möchte ich gar nicht reden.... Pool vorhanden aber sehr klein, ein Becken ohne Wasser. Zu unserer Überraschung: es gibt keine Sonnenliegen, nur normale Sesseln. Fernseher alt und auch wie Beschrieben keinen Föhn im Zimmer, Einrichtung Standart (abgewohnt). Freizeitaktivitäten: 2 Kajaks, 1 Tischtennistisch und 1 vergammelter Billardtisch. Leider kein Traumstrand, da kein weißer Sand und das Wasser trüb durch den aufgewühlten Sand. Strand sauber aber sehr schmal und Vorsicht beim Hineingehen. Es ist ein ca. 2 m Breiter Felsstreifen (teilweise rutschig) zu überwinden. Wasser ist rein und wir hatten schöne Wellen. So alles OK aber kein ****Hotel und daher viel zu teuer. Bezahlten 5 Nächte blieben aber nur 2. Es wurde nichts vergütet. Zwei Tage später haben wir das Daluyun Beach and Mountain Resort am Sabang Beach entdeckt. Toller Strand, tolles Resort zum gleichen Preis (mit Strandliegen) – da stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!
das hotel war über einen schotterweg drecks und sumpflandschaft vor tor und ohne portier erreichbar.Wir waren im kompletten hotel die einzigen gäste alles karg und trostlos.Kleiner pool ohne liegestühle, das meer klatschte zum teil in die gartenanlage kein strand. Hotelzimmer klein laute klimaanlage,Badezimmer mit Eimer und schöpflöffel für die toilette alles sehr schmutzig. In der Anlage ca. 20 Zimmer gleich oder schlechter nicht 1 stern wert.Wir sind nach 1 übernachtung sofort wieder abgefahren.Das 4 Sternehotel bezieht sich vieleicht auf die 6 kleinen häuschen in der anlage aber nicht auf die ca. 20 weiteren Zimmer.Bitte keine weitere reiseemfehlung für andere gäste. sonst waren wir mit ihren angeboten immer zufrieden
食べ物も美味しいし、手入れの行き届いた庭、あいにく宿泊者は私1人だったが リゾート施設で滞在できた。近くにはコンビニ等も無く、トライシクルでの移動が必要
他の人のレビューや点数を見てキャンセルしようかと思ったほどでしたが、行った甲斐がありました。 到着するとウェルカムドリンクと海老せんぺいが出され、スタンダードで申し込んでいたにもかからわず、DX(ベランダから海が見える）部屋に変えてくれました。 部屋にはプルメリアの花が色とりどり散りばめられ、キングサイズのベッド、ＴＶ，冷蔵庫（水４本）、ホットシャワー、ソファーと快適でした。 アイランドホッピングは人数もいなくあきらめましたが、シーカヤックで遊ばせてもらいました。 プールもゆったりとした素晴らしい敷地内にあります。 コテージが何棟があり、プライベートプールとジャグジーがついているので、次回は是非そちらに泊まってみたいと思っています。
空港からホテルまで移動に1時間ちょっとかかります。移動時間を気にする方には適しません。ホテル周辺には何もありません。色々求めるかたは空港周辺のホテルの方が良いでしょう。
這是一間我有吏以來住過最差的渡假酒店！希望各位不要再訂了！從機場到酒店要花兩小時的車程！房間設施奇差無比！跟本就是一間比廉價酒店還不如的地方！當初被酒店的名字深深的吸引！水晶天堂渡假酒店！真是後悔呀！

좋아요 왕된느낌이라고 해야하나? 풀장 공통적으로 하나 그리고 방앞에 개인 풀장 건물도 이쁩니다 바로앞에 보이는 오션뷰 단점은 거리가 멀고 from downtown 호텔에서 제공하는 투어나 다른 기타 추가 레크레이션 픽업서비스가 비싸군요
팔라완 유명 관광지는 프린세사 푸에르토 시내에 밀집되어있다. 이곳은 공항에서 2시간의 장거리 택시를 타고 가야하는 불편함이 있으며, 왕복 요금도 4800페소로 상당히 비싸다. 지하강 투어와 사방비치를 둘러볼 사람들에게는 적합하지 않은 위치에 있다. 수영과 휴식을 주목적으로 하는 신혼부부나 가족들에게 추천할만한 곳이다. 직원들은 매우 친절하며 야외 방갈로에서 모닥불을 피워주는 서비스도 제공한다. 자쿠지 욕조와 빌라 내 수영장은 깨끗하고 분위기가 좋다.
정말로 멀고 힘들었던 여행이였습니다 푸에르토 프린세사 시내에서 일반버스(봉고차)로 현지인보다 비싼 요금주고 거기다가 가방한개당 한사람요금씩의 요금을 추가로 더 내고서서 2시간이라는 긴 이동시간을 현지(오지체험같았음)주민들과 같이 꽉찬 버스안에서 이동하기란 쉽지 않았습니다 그리 이동수단이 힘들다는 내용을 미리 알았더라면 선택하지 않았을텐데... 그래도 썩 나쁘지만은 않은 오지체험이였습니다
2시간을 걸쳐서 간여행이었지만 막상도착하여보니 환영팀이 우리를 즐겁게 반겨주었다. 꽃목걸이와 따뜻한 물수건과 기타와 부코주스. 그리고 방을 들어가보니 나름 괜찮았다. 소박하면서 운치있는 방이였다. 전체적으로 서비스도 맘에 들었다. 그 다음날 아레나 섬이라는 곳을 투어하였다. 배타고 20분소요 섬은 아주 작고 몇몇살지 않은 곳이였지만 투명하고 에메랄드빛이 선명한 바다 그리고 몇천억마리의 열대어들. 어디서도 볼수없는 희귀한 물고기들. 사람도 얼마 없어서 조용하고 한적한 섬이였다. 그리고 그곳에는 거북이 양식장이 있었다. 꼭 한번 가볼만한 곳이다. 강추! 힘들지만 즐거운 여행 :) hi everyone. we have been there with my family. from airport to the hotel it takes 2 hours. we were pretty tired but when we arrived they were starting to sing and welcoming! the next day we decided to go to arena island. the tour was really impressed and amazing. if you will have a plan to go this hotel. u must to try to go there. that island has a wonderful sea and the view is that i cant explain coz you have to visit . if your couple u may stay sweet room! thanks for reading this .
처음오자마자 하와이를 연상케하는 환영세레머니가 있었다 ㅋㅋ 직원들모두 신경도 많이 써주고 친절했다. 바다를 끼고 리조트가 있어서 아침에 바다일출을 볼수있었고 조식도 맛있고 수영장시설도 잘되있는 편이였다. 하지만 데이투어를 갈때 타운과 2시간이나 떨어져있어 이동시간만 해도 하루에 5~6시간인 점이 단점이다.
客观的说有点后悔。酒店位于巴拉望东南部，离大多数的景点和机场单程坐车都要2小时以上，一路路况很差，不免让你感到是到了川藏。酒店方圆几公里毫无餐饮娱乐，一切只能在酒店。可是酒店除了大堂里的乒乓桌和很久的桌球就能是泳池了。Spa19点就没了。 房间我们租的算是最好的villa了。可是设施非常陈旧和简陋，除了个私人泳池算是亮点，别的什么都很差，洗澡水忽冷忽热。 餐饮味道很一般，可选品种品种也少。mango shake这样的经典菲律宾特色也很少能供应，果汁也是冲的无鲜榨！

i like my stay here very peaceful and the staff are great very friendly and accomodating to all of the guest...so i suggest this place is truly a paradise like it here if your looking for a peaceful and relaxing place...
