    “Location is great but no other activities to do inside the hotel ”

    No toiletries included. Location is accessible. No other amenities such as gym, pool. Parking is available and free. No microwave but there’s a refrigerator. Bathroom is big and there’s a bath tub. Room is a bit dim.

    “Disappointed ”

    Expectations vs reality that is not the room that we want.When we the book the room looks so good but when they give us that is not like the room that we want..And regarding for staff we need to ask what we need not like some hotel before we enter in the room they have to explain everything..Just like the wifi we just get the user and password when we ask after 2days..And for cleaning of room if we didn't tell them to clean it nobody will clean.Other staff are okay.The staff that we don’t like that was apr.27 10pm.Others are okay.We have suppose to extend for 7days more so we decide to transfer from other hotel..

    “Fantastico”

    One of those quirky themed (camelot) establishments that one comes across sometimes in the philip ines....very pleasant dining room,food is ok,lots of bars and restaurants within 5 minute walking radius

    “Just okay”

    Pillow looks and feels old and bed sheet smells a bit dusty. Housekeeping staff were nice and helpful. Toilet sit was damaged. Front desk weren't that welcoming. I work in the front office too so i know how it is. Even the supervisor wasn't smiling. Picture is the different from the actual maybe it depends on which room they put you in.

    “Sopra la media”

    the facilities are old. when the tub was used, the water was leaking on the floor causing a puddle of water in the bathroom and there's no foot rug

    “Reasonable”

    This ZEN is Condo also, and some room is offered for tourists. The room is enough clean. I can't say that the room is big but it's good for 2 adults (with kids, good for 2adults and 2kids) This room is really good even though the price is not high that much (I mean reasonable) Here is two things that you better know in advance. Wifi is not fast and you can't expect it. Water pressure in shower room is not strong (but at least it has hot water) Hope your stay would be good!

    “The hotel was Nice”

    Everything is good, except the shower head should be changed and i think the hotel should provide toiletries.

    “Clean room but carpet outside is dirty already. Pla ean or better remove it.”

    Remove the carpet so it will not cause allergic rhinitis. Its not clean anyway

    “No free wifi.. Room is gloomy”

    There's no free wifi and the property has a very weak signal... Good location, and seamless check-in. The hotel is getting old and needs major renovation. Also, the airconditioning sucks.

    “Classic Look, Modern Feel”

    It's Vigan-esque ambience makes you feel like you were born in the late 1800's. The bathtub is a real showstopper for the price. There's really privacy as you cant hear other people passing by the corridors so you really get to relax and just chill. The only downside is the wifi where only one person can use it at a time. If you need to connect your device, the other user needs to log out and disconnect to wifi. Plus the shower can be tricky to use sometimes.

    The only thing I did not like about the room was that the floor was dusty, but everything else was really nice.

    “The real room is prettier than the photos”

    I like this hotel. It's cozy and I got it at a good deal. The picture in the site looks a bit tacky but in real life it is actually very pretty. The room also has carpet. I loved my stay. This might not be for business travelers though and if you're planning to work with WiFi. WiFi didn't work at 622. However it was fine with me because I just used the data on my phone. The hotel also doesn't give you water. They give you soap but that's it. There's a seven eleven across the street though. If you're commuting get via Quezon Avenue get off at National Bookstore. Overall my experience is good. I'll return in the future.

    “比較的快適な滞在場所”

    バスタブがありました。お湯もたっぷりと出て毎晩湯船につかれました。トイレのタンクの中の部品の位置がずれて流れなくなりましたが何回かスタッフに言ってやっと直してもらいました。清掃をして欲しい時はその都度言う必要がありますが、きちんとしてもらえます。

    “평범합니다만 와이파이가 안됩니다.”

    와이파이가 안되는 불편한점과 에어컨에서 냄새가 안좋고 금고또한 제대로 작동이 안되는 방이었습니다. 마음에 드는점은 인테리어가 독특해서 좋았고 위치가 스타벅스옆에다 이동하기에 좋은 위치여서 좋았습니다.
