Great place with amazing service
I can't think of a better place to be at in this price range. Everything was absolutely amazing and perfect. People who work there are great in what they do.
サマベ様５泊の滞在の間お世話になりました。ハネムーンスイートに宿泊しましたが、ベット上とバスタブからのオーシャンビューが絶景でで大満足です。スタッフの誰と会っても上品な対応をして下さって、もてなされてる感じがとても嬉しかったです。清掃に入っている方から、素敵なメッセージがお部屋のどこかに残されていて毎日嬉しかったです。また敷地内は写真映えするスポットが多いので思い出を残すのに困ることは無いかと思います。またバリに行く機会がぜひご利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。
Exceptional service!
Blown away by the hospitality of the staff. Away from the hustle and bustle of Bali - great place to recharge and wind down. One small area of improvement is the breakfast spread. Otherwise perfect !

Really clean resort with nice food - there s halal restaurant within the hotel, we dont ve to go out 😊 . We only stayed for 2 days and it was definitely not enough for us to try all their activities. We will definitely be back again.

We have a delightful stay at samabe. However, the inclinator can't be used during our stay thus accessing the beach become a problem. Food is excellent, room is huge and comfortable. Bed is on the soft side. Service and butler are outstanding! Property is not wheelchair friendly though, lots of steps and stairs. Secluded area with lots of privacy. Drinks are free flow and there is daily afternoon tea too. Nasi campur Bali and rijsttafel dinner are very delicious! Thank you samabe.
the penthouse pool villa was perfect for our family
We had the best time here. We actually cancelled bookings elsewhere just to book another stay here during our two weeks in Bali. So that already tells you how amazing our stay was.
It's a very nice resort! Staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety and many things are all inclusive so it's worth it for the money. It's a beautiful resort, the villa is very nice, big, clean and has everything that you need. Only issue I had was the electricity gets cuts off every now and then throughout the whole stay. It goes off and comes back on between 1-3 secs.. quite a inconvenience but however the rest of the aspects of the villa covers the down side.
The lift up and down to the beach is not working till 22 Dec. It is very tiring to climb the stairs up to the hotel. The highlight of the so called high tea at the cave is a let down. Whrr ed n we went there, it was already set up for dinner, which was not supposed to be. We were given a small table under the tree which was full of debris and insects. But benefits if free-flow non alcoholic drink throughout the day sweats the stay though.
Great ocean view with no obstruction, lovely calm sea and white sand beach, free non motorized water sports, bicycle ride, can organize turtle releases and paragliding activities, great butler services, 3 lovely white ducks in the lotus ponds, swimming pools are great too, good vegetarian choices at rempeh rempeh, beach cave afternoon tea experience, highly recommended, best hospitality

Samabe Suites and Villas – pure decadence!! With it’s own peaceful white-sand beach, restaurants and bars we had personal service from wake up to sleep. The arrival process was so refreshing and welcoming, loved the vitamin shots. The location, the staff, service and food was exceptional. Our room was on ocean front with great views and sounds, almost felt like we were on a cruise. We had a few visits from the local monkey mob to entertain. Our pool and beach butlers always keep us refreshed and the food throughout was absolutely amazing, presented very well and tasted even better. Daily massage by the pool, cocktails and a glorious afternoon tea following a day of swimming, snorkelling and sailing. Pure relaxation. We did a Balinese Cooking class with the top restaurant chef which was so much fun. All the staff were utmost courteous, obliging and so friendly. It was great to have a chat with so many of them and they always ensured we were looked after. The grounds way perfectly designed to ensure everyone could enjoy the ocean scenery and access to the key amenities. Each of the open aired restaurants took full advantage of the sea breeze and views. Thoroughly recommend if you are after an enjoyable and unforgettable 5 star experience.

The best place in nusa dua👍👍👍 the room Very spacious and the view very nice. The staff very helpful and friendly. I'm stay in ocean front samabe villas and upgraded to honeymoon samabe villas. Very luxury and beautiful view. Next we will come back again immediatly. Thank you Samabe

We stayed for 4d3n and had a wonderful time at the hotel because the staffs at Samabe is simply amazing - they are really attentive in making sure that guests had a great time. Some of the things that could be improved is the food. For a luxury hotel, I had a very high expectations of the food, breakfast included. I felt that the quality of the food didn't match the service of the hotel. Considering the distance/location of the hotel, food is definitely an area to be improved in order to make our stay more wholesome as we would really love to just stay and soak in all that the hotel as to offer instead of going out for meals. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time at the hotel - the rooms and beach are truly incredible.
Super happy on our stay at samabe. Room are spacious, excellent services, nice beach and lots of activities for kids.
We arrived hoping it would be as good as it looked online, and it didn’t disappoint. The villa with private pool was exceptional, the ground are beautiful, the activities (included) are plentiful (we’d especially recommend the catamaran) and the staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay wonderful - such a great place!
We stay at Ocean View Suites Room.... the room is Spacious and Clean. The pool and view to the blue ocean is absolutely breathaking and so relaxing. We really enjoy our stay at Samabe..... all staff are very helpfull and serve us with pride and smile. This place is highly recommended.

Such a beautiful resort, we stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was stunning! The room is set out in such a clever way and the views are spectacular. The resort itself was also lovely. It’s expensive, though breakfast, afternoon tea and all non alcoholic beverages were included in the rate, so it ended up working really well! The restaurants onsite have amazing food and aren’t really overpriced and if you want to go out to eat it’s just a short taxi ride. Would stay here again gladly and would recommend to stay here. I think it’s better for couples moreso than families with young kids, it’s not really aimed at families with young kids, plenty of other resorts have many more facilities for kids, this one is definitely aimed at couples
Excellent pool&fantastic view but very poor taste of food,breads&cakes.they charged children over 3yo really expensive but the kids club doesn’t have any activity
issues with this resort:- 1. They requests n demand impatiently to photocopy both sides of your credit card (which means ur cvc code is exposed n accessible to anyone, many card fraud cases is due to your cvc code exposed. i have stayed in many luxury hotel in bali, W/kamandalu/como, or other big chain luxury hotels- they dont do this) 2. i checked-in 7th july (1 night stay), the full amount sgd 1,010 was already charged to my card on 3rd july. so i really do not understand why they demand to copy my card. 3. staff explained this is hotel policy n they encounter 1 incident that guests used fake card. i hope the hotel understand that, pls dont make other people issues, become my issues. as a hotelier, you are providing a service to your customer, to make ur customer felt as ease. but this action of yours, do not make your guest felt relax or happy. 4. staffs in general did not wear much smile 5. crowded resort with many rude tourists
I'm here in Samabe for 3 nights, we chose this place because it is near Bali National Golf Club, such strategic place. Here you can get world class facilty with the price you pay. It is really worth it. The villa and my room is extremely clean. The staff cleans it twice a day, morning and night. We have private beach here and our own golf cart to get us around the resort. Breakfast is good, you can get any drinks for free 24 hours as well as the bars and mini bars. The staff is extremely friendly and bilingual. 10/10 would come here again next visit.
We stayed 3 days 2 nights at a beachfront suite with private pool.. All the staff were extremely friendly and easy to approach. They were attentive to our needs with young children. Our butler remembered us and definitely caught us by surprise when she greeted my daughter by her name. Buggy services were prompt. The view was excellent.
The staff were very friendly and i mean very friendly and helpful , they explained everything for us at check in. our room was great , big and clean and soo comfortable.(bo pool for the regular suit) facilities are amazing , beach with little water activity . and according to your room you can get all free drinks . breakfast was amaaaazing we told them we were on honeymoon and omg they provided us with a dinner which was amazing !! i never expected that , so it was the best thing ever !! thank you so much for tgis amazing place and staff!!
Honeymoon-Suite 26th to 30th, December, 2017 Even though it is some expensive, but everything was best. Nice room, Nice staff, you can ask anything you want by calling number 7. :) I wish I could stay at Samabe again.
First of all the view from the room is amazing. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The food variety is good & taste delicious. But the room furnishing is quite bad maintain not clean enough, wet feeling on sofa, aircon not cold enough but they did rectify the aircon the next day. For a five star resort i think still need alot of improvement. The pool is not very clean too.

All were perfect
we took full board package and food wise still can be improved. however, we were more impressed with their cocktails selection, tried most of them and pineapple is my favourite! i forgot about its full name. hospitality wise was good, staffs were friendly and helpful. buggy ready anytime to pick you from your room to anywhere of the resort and the beach too. our room is spacious and facing the sea, but keep me puzzled why was the floor oily. bathroom is big, having a 'big enough for two' bathtub. resort environment is good, trees everywhere. serene enough for people who looking for serenity.
I booked one bedroom pool suit for 2 nights, we brought along our 15 yr old daughter. When checked in our room was upgraded to one bedroom pool villa, great but they insisted me to pay for add Rp. 3 mio for limited premium service so called for my daughter which i do not need. And worst the hotel private beach is for rent to outside tourist i notice. I had to wait to use free water sport facility and that annoy me. Other than that the hotel atmosphere is exceptionally good.

my family was so happy to stay at this hotel, in honeymoon pool ocean front. the view from private pool is direct to the ocean, and the hotel also have a private beach that very clean.
We're staying at the penthouse suites, and the butler never failed us... He even get to buy me a medicated oil, when i suffered a stomach cramps... Thank you very much...

Service was impeccable and staff was attentive to every detail. Room service was speedy. Ocean front pool suite had an amazing view of the Indian Ocean. Room was large clean and very well stocked with free flow of food and drinks. Huge bath tub was a plus. Private beach was clean with white sand, with staff on standby to assist with your needs. Highlight was the free use of kayaks and the afternoon high tea in the cave. By far one of the best stays I have had - outstanding !
For all inclusive stay that we pick, love how the facilities and children activity available for us. However for the food is so so, the option is not that much, taste is just normal not really special but the area very recommended for family..

Highly recommend for couples. A beautiful resort with excellent all in one package. We loved the food, activities and warm staff. The rooms are gorgeous but do need some fixing due to aging, everything functional though. Love how the rooms are facing the ocean views. The infinity pools are absolutely stunning. We loved the high quality afternoon tea set, the cooking class, yoga , fruit and wood carving. We would go back again. 💕💒
