Would recommend for 2-3 nights.
Overall, it is one of the best accommodations in Sukhothai. The atmosphere is good, the swimming pool is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the food meets the standards of a good establishment. I booked two types of rooms; one room's hot water wasn't very hot, but the other room's hot water was normal.
We stayed there for one night on our way to BKK, and we really enjoyed the hotel. My partner loves a soft bed, so I asked the hotel to prepare a mattress topper, and they did a great job—10/10 for the bed. The Wi-Fi was okay, and the towels were not quite 5-star quality. The water pressure was fine as well. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great view of the ancient pagoda next to the dining area, and there were plenty of options to choose from. However, the smoking in front of the rooms is a definite issue for us. When we arrived at our room (S411), there was another guest sitting in front of their room smoking, and we could smell it very strongly, even from 4-5 rooms away. We informed the reception, and they were very apologetic. We suggested they provide a designated smoking area for guests, far away from the rooms, to prevent it from bothering non-smoking guests. They took note of our feedback and promised to bring it to the attention of their management for future planning. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sukhothai.
Nice hotel, nice atmosphere, spacious room, everything is great. Just sometime could here the room next door bang their wardrobe, any leaflet to inform about being careful for the noice will be great.
The pool, the food and the breakfast were amazing. I loved my stay
Sriwilai Sukhothai Resort is a beautiful Thai-style hotel located near the historic park, probably the nicest option in the area. The hotel has a stunning design, the food is delicious and the staff are kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sukhothai.
We arrived and were instantly relaxed by the lovely setting. Our Suite had a lovely terrace and view of a historical pagoda, and it was great to sit outside with the view and sound of the birds. The suite was a decent size and while the style was a bit mismatched, overall it was very pleasant. The pool area also has a lovely outlook. We took advantage of the free bikes and rode to the historical sites early in the morning. The location made this very easy. We had a rental car and there was parking onsite. The dinner food was decent value for a hotel restaurant. Service a bit clunky and the food took a long time to arrive. But the staff friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay and lovely setting. Would recommend and suspect this is the best on offer in Sukhothai.

The Sriwilai is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The setting of the hotel is like a beautiful botanical garden immersed in a centuries old historical setting. It's like entering a small Garden of Eden. A stay in the Sriwilai is perfect for a relaxing break during a visit in Thailand with a wonderful pool, a spa, a massage center and a great restaurant. The helpful hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel offers bicycles to explore the ancient ruins of Sukhothai scattered all around the area. Highly recommended!
Staff, location etc are all amazing. No complaints about the resort. The free bikes to borrow were all pretty rough... I wouldn't rely on them for a long journey. Though, one of they did serve me well when I cycled into a forest and had to escape 3 stray dogs which started chasing me.
Very nice hotel near the historical places. I will be back again.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location good and facilities well maintained.the bedroom was spacious and clean. As requested we were located on the ground floor but fairly far away from the reception area. In general, the grounds do not cater for people with mobility issues.
Beautiful architecture in the group of buildings. Very clean environment and equipment. The room smelled good. The room's equipment is modern and easy to use.
An absolutely beautiful roome - Suite SS01 with the most incredible view and wonderful bathtub. My only criticism is breakfast which was a bit ordinary as most of the hot food offerings were completely cold 😫
We chose the suite, a private villa. The resort is right in the historical park. We enjoyed the balcony in front of the pagoda. Quiet, well decorated, beautiful swimming pool, friendly staff.
Simply the best in town I guess
Our group had a 1 night stay here after a very hectic wedding schedule and ceremony. We absolutely loved everything about this place with a great spa, beautiful gardens, unbeliveable pool (25m so good for laps) Sukhothai syle rooms with a great view out over the rice foelds to the mountains, very comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast. We actually live near by and when we feel the need for pampering in luxury we will be back!
My wife and I satayed here during the Loy Kratong festival last week. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable bed and quiet. We didn’t partake of the spa services, however we did enjoy the huge swimming pool with a nice view of the surrounding countryside
Stayed here two nights to celebrate Loy Krathong with family who live Sukhothai. The staff is very friendly and the place is buildings and landscaping are quite nice. The pool area is nice but the color of the water was a weird shade of green and scared us off lol. The place is new but if you have large luggage or need handicap assessable.. it will be difficult to get around. Lots of stairs/steps/etc. For a new place that labels itself a resort.. it lacked a gym. Which these days… you really must have a gym if trying to market to the international/foreign market. They gave spa coupons but the prices are 5-8 times higher than what you can get in Chiangmai. The breakfast was not worth the money and you can go to a local place and have much better food at much lower cost. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean. We did have an AC unit which was loud and dripping water into the floor. Vers are comfy but the pillows are like mountains… way too over stuffed. They had extra ones which were less stuffed but they were both stained so didn’t use them. Another thing we didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was full of things to buy. So we had to take it all out to our food, drinks, snacks. Also there was a sign in the room listing each item and the price if you break it. Really cheapens the whole experience. Overall it is a nice place but overpriced for what what it is. They have improvements to do to really earn the pricing they charge.
We only stayed on e night in a mid-grade room. The grounds are absolutely lovely and compliment the feel of the nearby historical park. Our room sparsely appointed and rather average when compared with other 4/5 star hotels we have stayed at in Thailand. It was serviceable. Mosquitos are definitely an issue, so ask for a fan that helps keep them off you. The candles they burn inside the room were too pungent for me to handle. The one big complaint is that the pool was cloudy and needing treatment. It was likely an issue caused by the recent floods, but we wouldn’t dare swim in pool water that murky.
Beautiful property located very close to the archeological site. Easy ride on hotel provided bikes and a perfect way to explore the site. Hotel grounds are beautiful, pool is spacious and situated overlooking the rice fields and distant mountains. Restaurant food was delicious and hotel staff was super helpful whenever needed. The Sukhothai Historical Park has fantastic and (some) well restored temples, admission is a bargain and it is not nearly as crowded as other similar sites such as Ankor Wat. Go before it hits the mainstream.

Everything is good. Nothing to complain about.
Lovely Resort, great pool area with relaxing view on green fields, food quality was good Taxi service, mini bar, and restaurant are on the expensive side. The additional service charge makes it a deal breaker... No hot water in the room even though we asked twice to get it fixed.
Everything was 10/10, thank you

This hotel has a wonderful environment, with stunning gardens and pools, and offers free bicycle rentals to visit the historic park. Most notably, the staff is very friendly and the service is warm and attentive. On the day we left the hotel, we received small gifts, and the front desk kindly reminded us to book a taxi to the airport in advance to avoid missing our flight. I took their advice and arrived at the airport smoothly. Thank you very much to them! We received very thoughtful hospitality.
The hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed the views, the swimming pool, the rooms and the breakfast. They also have free bikes!

I really like the accommodation. It has a unique character, maintaining the essence of Sukhothai. It is convenient to travel to, peaceful, and beautiful. The conservation is excellent.
We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful property! The attention to detail, service, amenities and thoughtfulness really shines. We came here from Bangkok and found the resort to be very tranquil. The location and free bike use was very convenient so we could do all of the things we had hoped. We recommend very highly.
We love our stayed here everything was perfect we would love to come back again.
I needed to stay just for a day to break my journey to Chiang Rai. I am so glad that I chose this hotel/resort for my short stay. It is a beautiful property and the staff was extremely courteous and professional willing to offer help. I would highly recommend this hotel.
One of my favourite hotels. Fantastic pool, excellent restaurant, really beautiful rooms, very helpful staff. Couldn’t ask for more.
Our brief stay was unexpectedly pleasant, despite its age. Tucked away in a serene location, the resort offered a peaceful retreat and a sense of privacy that made us feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The grounds were well-maintained, and the accommodations, though older, exuded a nostalgic charm that added to the experience. Having our own car allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions, adding flexibility to our stay. While the resort may not boast modern amenities, its tranquil atmosphere and secluded setting make it a worthwhile stop for anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway.
My stay at Sriwilai Sukhothai was delightful. This calm and quiet hotel offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beautiful surroundings and tasteful decor create a relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary to unwind. The spa service was great, adding to the overall relaxation of my stay. Whether enjoying a meal at their lovely restaurant or simply lounging in the peaceful garden, every moment was enjoyable. For me, Sriwilai Sukhothai was the perfect place for a tranquil and pleasant getaway.
I really like and am very happy with this trip. If I have the chance, I will recommend it to my friends to stay here again.
Well-designed, surrounded by nature. Truly a place to relax with professional staff. The room is well-designed and equipped with various amenities based on experience. Next time I go to Sukhothai, I will stay here again.
This hotel is a peaceful secret and hidden gem in Sukhothai. There is a view of pagoda beside the restaurant, greenery view from the poolside which feel like safari in Africa. Their food and massage is in average (not to compare with city one). In general, it is a very good place to stay in Sukhothai. Only the hot water last for a minute, a bit cool to take shower with room temperature at night. Also, if they can provide adaptor for international plugs, that would be great.
Staying here I felt really special. The layout, grounds and architecture are exceptional. Amazing infinity pool, lovely comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant and very helpful staff.
If you like a shower that works, Good amount of breakfast choices, staff that ensure they transmit all pertinent information to guests about good clean local restaurants, and good local transport( time it takes to get to places, and what vehicles they have available, plus staff that actually want to help the gayest and do their job properly…forget this place. Our shower didn’t work, and the bottle opener was broken in our room and they did not want to lend us one from the bar.The local restaurant recommendation was very bad and they didn’t offer any alternatives. The reception staff looked like they didn’t want to be working…We wanted to hire a hotel car to take us to lunch and they gave us a TukTuk instead of air conditioned hotel car(which we requested) and it took 1 hour by Tuk Tuk in 41 dgreee Celsius heat back and forth from lunch. We nearly fainted from the overheating....but the property itself was peaceful and close to the ruins. The best experience were the ruins themselves and the driver driving us back to Bangkok…..he was excellent,
A friend and I planned this for the post-Songkran holidays and while there were other options, I think what pushed us to book this place was because of the comments about the amazing pool. And yes, the pool was amazing but so was EVERYTHING ELSE! It was a beautiful property and you feel the warm reception from the time you check-in to each and every experience. On the first day, we got ala carte breakfast since not so many people were checked in but on day 2 we got the buffet experience. It wasn’t much but it was more than enough to fuel us for the day. There are bikes free to use and you can easily make it way to the various sites, including the national park, by bike. The roads to and from the hotel also have a bike lane so you won’t get scared going to the park. We also had our dinners at the hotel and the food was value for money. We also availed of the massages and again — worth it. Do I recommend this hotel? Hell yeah!!!!!
Staff are nice, hotel has a very cozy feeling, would recommend
Stunning setting with a beautiful hotel. Grounds immaculate. Huge room that was well equipped. Pity the Aircon is very noisy, probably only negative.
We very much enjoyed ourselves there and was only disappointed with the breakfast, we ordered Eggs Benedict only to find it came with Carrots, Broccoli. Cauliflower nothing like they should be. Everything else was just brilliant.
Good place
“Luxury hotels in Sukhothai”
The atmosphere was very good, and although it is a luxury hotel in Sukhothai, the prices were reasonable, making it the right choice for my stay. It was easy to go to Sukhothai Historical Park using the free bicycles available, and the pool was comfortable. There was no bathtub, but it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the stay at all.
