What a gorgeous hotel. We had a pool access room which was huge with gorgeous decor and the pool it opens onto is also huge. The staff are lovely, particularly Noi who looked after us around the pool. If i’m ever back in Koh Samui then this hotel will be my first choice.

AC was dropping water for all night kike a water fall we were unable to sleep and MR John’s behavior was terrible he pretend to be like some mafia Don😂

Room and facilities/ staff very good but nothing around on an evening. It's worth a visit but no more than a couple of nights to be honest.

Very nice stay and service from staff was exceptional throughout. The beach club can be too loud at times during the day and location is a bit secluded from busier parts of island but the resort offers daily complimentary shuttle to and from Chaweng beach daily. Overall we loved our stay

Had a wonderful experience at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa. The property is very beautiful, have many scenic spots, and is located next to the beach. The resort also hosts Sunday brunch which is pretty happening and famous in Samui. However, I felt that the considering the size of the property, they are somewhat short on staff as sometimes we had to call multiple times to remind them of our order but the food and service were good. Another factor which is worth considering when you think of booking this resort is its location. The resort is located far from the main street, i.e. Chaweng street and it takes nearly 40-45min to reach there. However, cab availability is not an issue and can be ordered easily either from Grab app or from hotel reception. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this to couples, groups, and families.

This property had one of the best pools in the town. The staff is polite and helpful. Their special events like cocktail brunch on weekends is sought after and attracts a lot of crowd in the town. Food is good but variety is limited like most hotels in Samui. Place is great for any kind of traveller (whether solo, adventurous or family with kids). Their beach is clean and nice.

Great hotel with wonderful amenities although not much around the hotel to do. They do offer a free shuttle to the main town though and for any other uses you may have.

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate Christmas. Christmas day was brunch and sunbed, and our day was exactly as expected. Unfortunately it was marred with a false start being told we hadn't reserved a sunbed, until I produced my email conformation frim 6 weeks previous. Staff were pushed to serve all the beds on Christmas day and so service was slow. We had staff bring a tub of ice which we had champagne, orange juice and water in and served our glasses ourselves. Music was excellent, the view of the beach and sunset great too, the pool although chilly provided refreshing breaks from the sun. Our room was very comfortable and very well decorated. The air con made the room feel slightly damp but the fan was enough to keep the room at a good temperature. On our last evening my husband wished to watch some TV, after some conversation on the phone with reception, where one member of staff tried to justify the lack of channels as appropriate for a 5 star hotel, maintenance and another staff member came and changed the TV in our room from the one that had been there during our stay to a new smart TV where we could access other channels. This was disappointing as it felt like we had stayed 2 nights in a room that wasn't up to standard. Food in the restaurant was pretty average. Choice was wide but the quality of certain items poor. For example eggs at breakfast were given a small teaspoon of vegetables, ham or cheese when requested. Butter had been melted to be poured into small glass jars and so had already separated giving it a strange taste after spreading it. Salmon on Xmas day was brown and dry and actually not fit for consumption. The roast dinner offered didnt have roast potatoes. Items were often not replenished during the hour that we were at breakfast such as juices or bacon. We didn't like either of the sausage options as they tasted gritty and fatty. On boxing day morning there was a pie/cake option at breakfast that had been offered at Xmas day brunch. Staff at

Amazing hotel with great staff. A little far from attractions, but the hotel has a free shuttle once a day. The food was amazing!!!

it's a short holiday but we still having the best of it. location is ok with 2 restaurant and massage within walkin distance. 7 11 nearby..not as noisy as Chaweng which is a plus. pool access with the long pool. great breakfast and dinner choice..only too bad for us is the beach shore which is short for samui standard..cant wait to come back for a longer holiday

The room stank of drains and the whole place was fairly run down, some staff were nice some were so so, not a 5* in my opinion but the beach and sunset are amazing and the food at the restaurant was very very good.

Loved stay here with our young kids. They got big and quite pool and nice beach also not too crowded with people. Sunset is quite nice as well. Food is great and staff in the bar and restaurant offers great service. Loved our stay here

This is not the Nikki Beach you expect from Miami or anywhere else. This is the fake version. They had 1 person in the spa for all the rooms. They had no manpower in the evenings to even serve water. They almost let me miss my flight due to the late driver. I don’t recommend you waste your time staying here. It’s the worst possible hotel you can decide to stay at.

Stayed here for 3N4D with 4adults 2 kids — great breakfast, friendly staff, kids-friendly pool, kids room etc. In the afternoon in the lobby + poolside area, there is a DJ playing loud music, yet there is another pool in a different section, that is always nice and quiet.

Nikky Beach Koh Samui was a great experience. It was raining most of the time during our stay but facilities are nice and resort staff made everything smooth. Will be back to this place by December with few friends.

We had arranged our first 2 nights in a beach front bungalow and collection from airport as in line with the Thai pass. On arrival we were shown to our room and they arrange for room service food to be delivered quickly and with friendly staff which was a great start to our holiday. Every room has a nice outside terrace and the beds and linen was exceptionally comfortable.

The resort is really nice for vacation. A room was fantastic, good decor with a stunning beach and pool view. Staffs are really nice too. Good take care since check-in by K.Care also staffs from F&B are friendly too but I forgot to ask their names. They suggests me a lots of yummy food for my in room dinning dinner. I will be back there for sure!

Recommended! Beautiful designed rooms, great pool and lounge area. Food was very tasty. The pool access rooms are very luxurious! I stayed in the beach front 2 bedroom villa with private pool. Perfect place to watch the sunset from your own loungebed. I want to thank Bruce, the GM, for the great hospitality. I will get back here.

Food and drink are very expensive. Bought two mango juice (thought fresh) but poured from bottle (360 Thai BHAT). Other than that superb service from staff and very friendly. Will go back.

I arrived stressed to the max but unwound almost instantly. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our beach villa was clean, attractive, comfortable and in a stunning spot. The free kayak, paddle boards etc were a bonus but I’m not sure why they have snorkels as we did not see a single fish the whole time. The food was delicious but they could do with a lot less sushi and more choices of other food e.g Thai. The cocktail menu was the biggest disappointment as it was VERY limited. Prices were expensive but the quality was worth it. Sunday brunch looked fun but it’s easy to avoid if it’s not your thing. All in all we had a fabulous 6 nights here 👍

Location is bad
Hello and thanks a lot for staying with us. Thanks also for your feedback, as far as location I'm assuming you are referring to the fact that we are on other side of island from airport. We are located on one of the most beautiful and well preserved beaches on the island, in a very natural setting both inside and outside the resort. We have a direct, dramatic sunset view as well. Samui is a relatively small island, it's about 40 minutes car ride to the extreme other side where the airport is located, for example. Since we are on the quieter side of the island we offer many, many complimentary activities for our resort guests to enjoy, including kayaks, SUP paddleboards, yoga, pilates, fitness sala, volleyball, muay thai kickboxing classes. billiards, and much, much more. We also offer complimentary shuttle that goes to other side of island late morning and we go back around for pick up in late afternoon! We hope you return so we can serve you again!
From the moment we arrived everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, the rooms (ours was a garden villa) were beautiful decorated, spacious and clean. The hotel is about a 30 minute drive from Lamai and Chaweng but lovely and peaceful. The food at the hotel was incredible! We were so sad to leave and will definitely be returning.

We have booked Nikki Beach as we know it from Dubai. Service really average, staff does not speak English well, especially breakfast waiter. Food wasn't good either, tried Sushi by the pool, breakfast Buffet was OK. Cold cuts were very poor, but you can order one items from a la carte menu. Breakfast area was full of annoying flies( obviously it is island, but there are solution for this) Room was stylish and clean - housekeeping- great job, requests were done quickly. Beach area is small, water very dark ( could not see anything) not pleasant to swim at all. Reception staff very reserved, nobody was asking how was our stay, if we need transportation etc. They give 10% discount on F &B,but there is also 17% of VAT and service charge will be added to your bill. If you are looking for more than just a place to sleep, I would not recommend this property.

Disappointing. Too much focus on outside travel groups . We were sitting by pool and a tour group of 60 showed up. Restaurant also had the strangest menu with tacos, Mexican good and hamburgers. This limited the selections of thai food which was good. The seafood was very expensive as was the drinks in the bar. You pay double any other five star resort and the cocktails are very small in a spirit glass. Nothing in the area so you are looking at a 20 to 30 min taxi to nearest town. In summary disappointing. We would never do this one again or the Nikki brand

Our beach club indeed sometimes gets quite busy with many guests and upbeat activity, this is precisely why we offer our 75 Meter long resort pool (reserved for hotel guests only) as a first option for our resort guests. The resort pool area is usually quiet and serene as well. We are now in process of implementing new and different food and beverage options and outlets, and we offer food and beverage discount to our resort guests, which will carry forth throughout most periods of the year. I hope you hade a chance to try some of our complimentay activities such as Kayaks, yoga, muay thai kickboxing, bicycles, SUP paddleboards and much more. Also we have complimentary shuttle that takes guests to other side of the island in late morning and returns in evening. We surely hope you indeed give us another chance to serve you!
We had a great stay at Nikki Beach! We had a wonderful suite with beach view, great food, nice and professional staff! The Sunday brunch was amazing too. The location is great, nice pool and beach. We will definitely come back!

“Lovely luxury stay”
Had two days here before going onwards to Koh Tao and Phangan; great, relaxing stay. Rooms are very big, balconies too and the breakfast is incredible. the beach club is lovely with DJ and big sunbeds. It’s a bit far from everything else, but that was just what we were after anyhow.
